DS 52 - Dew point monitoring for refrigeration dryers -20 to 50°Ctd
The DS 52 system offers an effective solution for precise dew point measurement in industrial applications, especially for refrigeration dryers.
Special advantages:
- Plug-and-play system: The entire system is completely pre-wired, which makes installation much easier.
- Easy to use: Detailed operating instructions are not required; users can start using it immediately.
- Flexible alarm contacts: The DS 52 is equipped with two alarm contacts (250 VAC, 3 A), which can be set individually for pre-alarm and main alarm in order to be able to react flexibly to critical changes in the dew point.
- Analog output: The 4...20 mA analog output enables simple integration into existing systems.
- Optional alarm column: This includes a horn and a continuous red light for visual and audible warnings.

- Process display DS 52: Ensures precise monitoring of the dew point.
- Option: Alarm column for additional safety warnings.
The FA 510 dew point sensor from CS INSTRUMENTS also offers an outstanding measurement solution. It is characterized by its long-term stable sensor technology and allows quick and easy installation and removal under pressure thanks to the screw-on measuring chamber with quick-release coupling.
The dew point set is wired ready to plug in at the factory and the alarm values can be set individually. The DS 52 system thus combines efficiency and user-friendliness - ideal for dew point monitoring in refrigeration dryers.
