Returns / Complaints

We attach great importance to the satisfaction of our customers. Should it nevertheless be necessary to make a return or complaint, please note the following information:

Returns

  • You can return the purchased products within 14 days of receipt. Return transportation is at the customer's expense. 
  • The goods must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and complete. A credit note will only be issued for the value of the goods; any shipping costs charged will not be refunded.
  • Products that are procured on an order-by-order basis are excluded from the take-back scheme
  • After 14 days up to a maximum of 30 days after receipt, we charge a restocking fee of 30% of the value of the goods

Please contact us before returning the goods to ensure efficient processing.  
We will charge you a processing fee of EUR 10 for returns that have not been registered.


Complaints about transport damage or defective goods

We apologize for any transport damage or defective items. Please complain about damaged or defective products immediately, but at the latest within 3 days of receipt. Hidden defects must also be reported immediately as soon as they are discovered. We will endeavor to send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Complaints can be submitted via our service hotline or by e-mail:

  • Please contact us before returning the goods to register them
  • Then send the goods to the address specified by us
