Shipping

Our range consists mainly of items that we can conveniently send by parcel service. Shipping is usually carried out by DHL, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post. Larger items are shipped by a forwarding agent to the kerbside.  

The shipping costs within the EU are calculated automatically in the webshop, depending on the country of delivery.

If you require shipping to a country outside the EU, please send us a message via our contact form or by e-mail to info@filcom.de. Let us know the desired items, quantities and the delivery address. We will then clarify the shipping options and costs with our shipping partners and inform you afterwards.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery will be made within 2 to 5 working days after conclusion of the contract (after receipt of advance payment). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single delivery, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Pickup at FILCOM GmbH

You are welcome to pick up the goods at our company headquarters at Schönbuchstraße 1, 73760 Ostfildern during normal business hours, Mon - Fri 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

up to      3,00 kg ​=    ​8,50 € net 

up to    10,00 kg ​= ​13,50 € net

up to    20,00 kg ​= ​16,50 € net

up to    31,50 kg ​= ​20,50 € net

From an order value of EUR 110.00 net plus VAT, delivery within Germany is free of charge.

up to    20,00 kg ​= ​19,50 € net

up to    31,50 kg ​= ​24,50 € net

From an order value of EUR 110 net, delivery to Austria is free of shipping costs.

Payment via PayPal

You can conveniently pay the invoice amount via PayPal. To do so, use your PayPal account and transfer the amount to: paypal@filcom-technik.de

Prepayment by bank transfer

If you have chosen the advance payment option when ordering online, you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and our bank details. Please transfer the order amount to the specified account. We will ship your goods after receipt of payment.

If we enable delivery on account, you authorize us to pass on your data to Creditsafe Deutschland GmbH, Schreiberhauserstrasse 30, 10317 Berlin, for a credit check. Based on the results of the credit check, we reserve the right to refuse the “invoice” payment method.
