Terms of shipment and payment
Shipment
Our range consists mainly of items that we can easily send by parcel service. We usually use DHL, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post, for our deliveries. We deliver to Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria. Larger items are delivered to the curb by a freight forwarder.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery will be made within 2 to 5 working days after conclusion of the contract (after receipt of advance payment). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single delivery, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
Pickup at FILCOM GmbH
You are welcome to pick up the goods at our company headquarters at Schönbuchstraße 1, 73760 Ostfildern during normal business hours, Mon - Fri 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Shipping costs within Germany (DHL parcel service)
up to 3,00 Kg = 8,50 EUR net
up to 10,00 Kg = 13,50 EUR net
up to 20,00 Kg = 16,50 EUR net
up to 31,50 Kg = 20,50 EUR net
There is no shipping charge for orders over 200 EUR net plus VAT within Germany.

If you would like your order to be shipped to a different country, please send us a message using our contact form or by email to info@filcom.de. Please let us know which items you would like to order, the quantities and the delivery address. We will then clarify the shipping options and costs with our shipping partners and get back to you.

Terms of payment
You can choose from the following payment options with us:
payment on invoice
Payment after delivery is possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us by phone on +49 711 441 33 22 - 0
We reserve the right to carry out a credit check. Please do not forget to state our invoice number as the purpose of use when making the transfer.
Payment via PayPal
You can conveniently pay the invoice amount via PayPal. To do so, use your PayPal account and transfer the amount to: paypal@filcom-technik.de
Prepayment by bank transfer
If you have chosen the advance payment option when ordering online, you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and our bank details. Please transfer the order amount to the specified account. We will ship your goods after receipt of payment.

Credit check
If we enable delivery on account, you authorize us to pass on your data to Creditsafe Deutschland GmbH, Schreiberhauserstrasse 30, 10317 Berlin, for a credit check. Based on the results of the credit check, we reserve the right to refuse the “invoice” payment method.
