It is robust, powerful, compact, easy to maintain, efficient and much more. The heart of the new i.Comp family is the new drive concept, which combines a number of advantages. It delivers the power required to meet the demand for compressed air in an infinitely variable manner. The piston compressor itself is of course in the usual industrial Kaeser quality - Made in Germany.
Naturally, the piston compressors in the i.Comp family are capable of continuous operation. Clever solutions, such as the air to be compressed being sucked in through the piston base, ensure an outstanding filling level and therefore maximum efficiency. A complete modern compressed air station is concealed under an attractive, corrosion-free and impact-resistant housing made of rotationally sintered polyethylene: it consists of the compressor block and a refrigeration dryer. The cover made of rotationally sintered polyethylene is soundproof, impact-resistant and stable in value.
The tried-and-tested Kaeser Sigma Control 2 control system enables pressure preselection and infinitely variable speed variations and, of course, connection to a cross-machine control system such as the Sigma Air Manager 4.
The i.Comp delivers oil-free compressed air. This means that no oil gets into the compressed air and therefore no oil-contaminated condensate is produced that would have to be disposed of. There is also no need for oil changes and oil checks, resulting in lower overall service costs.
The i.Comp towers can be used wherever compressed air is required in trade or industry, e.g. in garages.
