KAESER's adsorption dryers of the DC series not only offer compact design, but also outstanding efficiency and low life cycle costs. With configurable operating modes and high-performance silencers, they are particularly quiet and energy efficient. Flexible compressed air connections and the standard network interface of the ECO CONTROL SMART controller enable easy integration into the compressed air network.

Durable and robust design

These durable adsorption dryers feature aluminum adsorption tubes, maintenance-free shuttle valves and pressure-stable desiccant cartridges that are resistant to liquid water. KAESER FILTERs provide optimal protection for the desiccant and the pipe network.

High efficiency at low pressure dew points

The dryers reliably achieve pressure dew points of -40 to -70 °C with minimal pressure loss and high desiccant regeneration capacity. Energy-saving operating modes such as compressor synchronous control and intermittent operation also contribute to efficiency.

Easy installation and maintenance

Flexible connections and externally mounted KAESER FILTER ensure quick installation and maintenance. The ECO-DRAIN electronic condensate drain is fully wired and the front panel allows easy access to valves and controls.

The ECO CONTROL SMART control system features a Modbus TCP interface that enables a connection to the SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0 and the SIGMA NETWORK, so that operating parameters and messages are available in real time.
