DS 52 - Dew point monitoring for adsorption dryers -80 to 20 °Ctd
The DS 52 system offers an effective solution for precise dew point measurement in industrial applications.
Special advantages:
- Plug-and-play system: The entire system is pre-wired, which makes installation considerably easier.
- Easy to use: Detailed operating instructions are not required; users can start using it immediately.
- Flexible alarm contacts: Two alarm contacts (250 VAC, 3 A) can be set individually for pre-alarm and main alarm in order to react flexibly to critical changes in the dew point.
- Analog output: The 4...20 mA analog output enables simple integration into existing systems.
- Optional alarm column: Includes a horn and a continuous red light for visual and audible warnings.
System components:
- Process display DS 52: Ensures precise monitoring of the dew point.
- Option: Alarm column for additional safety warning.
In addition, the FA 510 dew point sensor from CS INSTRUMENTS offers an outstanding measurement solution. It is characterized by its long-term stable sensor technology and enables quick assembly and disassembly under pressure thanks to a screw-on measuring chamber with quick coupling.
The dew point set is wired ready to plug in at the factory and the alarm values can be set individually. The DS 52 system therefore combines efficiency and user-friendliness - ideal for dew point monitoring in adsorption dryers.
