Standard Screw Compressors (2.2–22 kW)
KAESER’s standard screw compressors in the SX, SM, SK, and ASK series cover the entire power range from 2.2 to 22 kW. With operating pressures ranging from 8 to 15 bar and air flow rates from 0.26 to 4.05 m³/min, they are suitable for commercial, workshop, and production applications, as well as continuous industrial operation. All models feature the SIGMA CONTROL 3 M control system with a 5-inch color touchscreen and ANYbus interface. Compressed air treatment for these models is performed externally using separate refrigeration dryers or adsorption dryers.
Screw compressors with refrigerated dryers (4.0–22 kW)
The T models in the SX T, SM T, SK T, and ASK T combine a KAESER screw compressor with an integrated refrigeration dryer in a single housing. The refrigeration dryer uses the refrigerant R-513A and delivers a pressure dew point of +3 °C—ensuring that dry, condensate-free compressed air reaches the end user directly. The power range extends from 4.0 to 22 kW at operating pressures of up to 8 to 15 bar.
Compressed Air Stations – Complete, Ready-to-Use Systems (2.2–15 kW)
The KAESER compressed air stations SXC and Aircenter (SX, SM, SK) are turnkey systems that come complete with a screw compressor, an integrated refrigeration dryer, and a compressed air receiver. All you need is a power connection and a compressed air line—ideal for businesses that require an immediately operational compressed air supply without separate treatment components. The power range extends from 2.2 kW (SXC 3) to 15 kW (Aircenter SK 26).
Standard, with a refrigerated dryer, or a compressed air station?
Choosing the right category depends on the existing compressed air infrastructure and the treatment requirements. Standard screw compressors are suitable if a central compressed air treatment system is already in place or if treatment is to be performed separately. Models with refrigerated dryers are the right choice when dry compressed air is needed but a compressed air receiver is not required. Compressed air stations offer the most compact solution when a compressor, dryer, and receiver are needed as a ready-to-use system.
SIGMA CONTROL 3 – the new generation of controllers
All KAESER screw compressors in the FILCOM online store are equipped with the new SIGMA CONTROL 3 control system. The SXC compressed air stations use the SIGMA CONTROL 3 S with SECOTEC connectivity. All other series—SX, SM, SK, ASK, and Aircenter – are controlled via the SIGMA CONTROL 3 M with a 5-inch color touchscreen, ANYbus interface, and i.Comp 8/9 compressor block connection. Using the KAESER SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0, multiple compressors can be networked to form an energy-efficient compressed air system.
