KAESER membrane dryers – compact and efficient compressed air drying

The KAESER membrane module (KMM) offers a special solution for long-term efficient drying of compressed air. The flow concept and the helix arrangement of the extra-fine Kaeser membrane fibers ensure high separation surfaces with minimal space requirements. Even in the tightest of spaces and without an additional energy supply, the KMM dryer easily achieves minus pressure dew points.

The KAESER membrane dryer also impresses with maximum operational reliability. All functional parts are securely housed in a sturdy casing and protected from dirt, aerosols and oil by upstream Kaeser microfilters.

Air losses are minimized by the precise purge air nozzle and during downtimes, the optional purge air stop valve significantly increases the efficiency of the dryer.

- Pressure dew point: +10 °C to -40 °C (up to 90 °C reduction compared to the inlet condition)
