Compressed air treatment – dry and clean compressed air
Various devices are used to clean and treat compressed air, including cyclone separators, compressed air tanks, oil-water separators, activated carbon adsorbers, adsorption dryers, condensate drains, compressed air filters and refrigeration dryers. These devices help remove water, oil and dirt particles from compressed air to ensure clean and dry compressed air. This ensures that the compressed air application works smoothly and safely without causing any damage.

Why does the compressed air have to be treated?
Our ambient air contains up to 190 million dirt particles per cubic meter of air – a disturbing reality. Compressors draw in this air with all its dirt particles and compress it. This causes the concentration of dirt particles per cubic meter of compressed air to increase dramatically. This poses a serious risk to people, equipment and the environment, as water, oil and dust can enter They are the enemy of every compressed air application. Efficient treatment of compressed air is therefore essential to ensure dry and clean air – whether on the construction site or in the production of machines and systems.
