KAESER Oil-water separator model Aquamat CF 6
Hochwertiger Öl Wasser Trenner / Öl Wasser Separator zum Abscheiden von Öl aus dem Kondensat
KAESER Kompressoren SE
KAESER COMPRESSORS, a family-owned company, is one of the world's leading manufacturers and providers of products and services in the field of compressed air. Founded in 1919 as a machine workshop, Kaeser now operates at two production sites in Germany and employs approximately 7,500 people worldwide.
AQUAMAT oil-water separator: uncomplicated clean waste water
All compressor condensate typically contains traces of oil. For water protection, there are therefore usually official regulations that require binding compliance with a maximum oil content before condensate can be discharged into the sewer system as waste water.
KAESER AQUAMAT oil-water separators separate out dispersed oil - type-tested by the German Institute for Building Technology (DiBt). They help you to treat condensate in compliance with the law - directly at the point of origin and without using energy.
For special installation requirements, we offer electronic level indicators, tested oil drip pans and frost protection heaters. Special condensate distributors are available to connect several separators in parallel with an even condensate load.
Save 9% on disposal costs:
Having your condensate collected and treated by specialists is costly. With the AQUAMAT, only a residual amount of pollutants is left for disposal - you save around 9% of typical disposal costs.
Long filter service life:
All CF models use high-performance synthetic fiber filters with a particularly high absorption capacity (no activated carbon). From model CF9 onwards, the filters are also preceded by a calming area in which floating oil is fed into an external collection container via an overflow. This reduces the load on the filters and also extends the maintenance interval.
Easy handling:
The quality of the cleaned wastewater can be easily checked visually using a reference turbidity set. The models with a main filter cartridge are particularly user-friendly. It can be pulled out with handles and fixed in place for draining - clean and uncomplicated.
With savings of around 9 % on typical condensate disposal costs, the AUQAMAT not only pays for itself in a very short time, but also makes a valuable contribution to the long-term cost balance of your entire system.
AQUAMAT Cost-saving compressed air treatment
With the AQUAMAT treatment system, compressor operators can easily treat compressed air condensate themselves. This means that only a small amount is left for disposal. Compared to the treatment of the entire condensate volume by specialist companies, the AQUAMAT oil-water separator saves around 9 percent of the disposal costs - and therefore pays for itself in a very short time.
AQUAMAT oil-water separator: Tested and certified condensate treatment
The Institut für Bautechnik Berlin has tested and certified the function of the AQUAMAT. In Germany, only condensate treatment systems certified by the Institut für Bautechnik Berlin
are approved. AQUAMAT condensate treatment systems offer treatment according to the "state of the art"
and legal certainty for the operator. This means maximum safety for the user when treating compressed air condensate. The AQUAMAT
saves considerable disposal costs and helps to protect the environment.
