FA 550 - Dew point sensor in a robust die-cast aluminum housing
The FA 550 is the ideal solution for precise dew point measurements outdoors and under harsh industrial conditions. It reliably determines the dew point in compressed air systems downstream of adsorption dryers, membrane dryers and refrigeration dryers as well as for residual moisture measurement in gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, natural gas and biogas.
- Housing: Robust, waterproof die-cast aluminum housing with protection class IP 67.
- Alarm function: Integrated alarm relay with adjustable limit values (max. 60 VDC, 0.5 A).
- Outputs: 4...20 mA analog output for easy integration. Optional: Two separate 4...20 mA outputs for simultaneous measurement of dew point and temperature.
- Performance: Extremely long-term stable with fast adjustment time. Pressure-resistant up to 500 bar (optional).
- Communication options: NEW: Modbus RTU interface and optional Ethernet connection.
- Technology: Improved evaluation electronics for higher signal resolution.
- Diagnostics: On-site sensor diagnostics possible with handheld device or CS Service Software.
- Readable parameters: Pressure dew point, temperature, relative and absolute humidity and other measured variables via Modbus.
