The PTS 500 pressure sensor is a high-precision measuring probe that reliably measures the pressure and temperature of gaseous fluids such as compressed air and nitrogen in compressed air lines. With a maximum operating pressure of up to 50 bar (725 psig), depending on the type variant, this sensor is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
Product features:
- Pressure and temperature measurement: The sensor offers measurement accuracy in the temperature range from -20 °C to +200 °C (-4...392 °F), whereby the maximum media temperature at the sensor is 125 °C (257 °F).
- Rugged design: Parts in contact with the medium are made of high-quality stainless steel, guaranteeing universal use in both gases and liquids.
- Easy integration: The PTS 500 can be easily integrated into control systems, process control technology and energy management systems, supported by digital interfaces such as Modbus RTU, Ethernet or M-Bus.
- Alarm management: An alarm relay enables user-friendly limit value setting via buttons (max. 60VDC, 0.5 A).
- Advanced functions: The sensor can optionally be equipped with two 4...20 mA analog outputs and two alarm relays for pressure and temperature.
