Product details
The LD 500 leak detector detects ultrasound generated by compressed air, steam, gas and vacuum leaks as well as partial discharges on insulators and transformers. The ultrasound, which is inaudible to the human ear, is converted into the audible frequency range so that you can precisely locate the source of the noise - for example a leak - via the acoustic signal tone in the headphones and the camera view, even in noisy environments.
Advanced sensor technology and customizable sensitivity
Thanks to its advanced sensor technology, the LD 500 can reliably identify even the smallest leaks (0.1 l/min, equivalent to around €1 per year) at long distances. The sensitivity of the device can be adjusted both automatically and manually to enable effective leak detection during the ongoing operation of your production facilities.
Professional data management
After successfully locating leaks, you can save all relevant information via the integrated touchscreen display and take pictures of the leaks thanks to the integrated camera. This detailed documentation helps you to rectify problems quickly and effectively.
Data processing and automated reporting
After identifying the leaks, you can conveniently transfer the data to your computer using a USB stick and import it into the CS Leak Reporter software. This powerful software allows you to prioritize the leaks based on the costs caused and efficiently manage all essential leak data. With just a few clicks, you can create automated reports that clearly present all leakage audit information. A sample report is available in the "Downloads" section.
