The PI 500 is an innovative mobile flowmeter with integrated data logger that can be used for a wide range of industrial compressed air and gas applications. Whether consumption and flow measurement, pressure and vacuum measurement or temperature and residual moisture measurement - the PI 500 covers everything and offers you a comprehensive solution for process optimization.

An outstanding feature of the PI 500 is the graphical display of the colored measurement curves, which allows you to intuitively analyze your measurement data. With the ability to store up to 100 million measured values, you are able to record comprehensive data sets including date and measurement location. The data is conveniently transferred to the PC via a USB stick, while the CS Soft Basic software enables easy analysis. This allows you to create measurement data and service reports quickly and easily.

Thanks to the PI 500's flexible sensor input, you can connect various sensors, including:

• Pressure probes for positive and negative pressure
• Consumption sensors such as VA 500 and VA 520
• Temperature sensor Pt 100, Pt 1000 or 4...20 mA
• Dew point sensors FA 510 and FA 515
• Electrical active power meter
• Any third-party sensors with signals such as 0...1/10 V, 0/4...20 mA, Pt 100, Pt 1000, pulse and Modbus
