The DS 500 mobile is the ideal solution for comprehensive energy analysis of your compressed air systems. As energy costs account for 70-80% of the total costs of a compressed air system, precise monitoring of electricity costs is crucial. Even with small systems, annual energy costs can be between €10,000 and €20,000 - an amount that can be significantly reduced through targeted measures.
With the DS 500 mobile and the associated sensors and meters, you can answer important questions about the energy efficiency of your system. What are the electricity costs per m³ of air produced? How much energy can be recovered through heat recovery? And what is the power balance of your compressed air system? A long-term measurement over 7 days provides you with valuable data that can be evaluated on a PC.
