The DS 500 is the innovative solution for comprehensive energy analysis of your gas and compressed air systems. With its advanced measured value acquisition and intuitive 7" color display with touch panel, it gives you full control over your energy consumption data. The DS 500 not only enables the display of measured values and curves, but also alarms when limit values are exceeded - either by SMS or e-mail in conjunction with CS-Soft Basic.
Thanks to the intelligent technology of the DS 500, all sensors are directly recognized and reliably supplied with power, which considerably simplifies the installation process. Up to 12 sensors can be easily connected, giving you a customized analysis of your system.
The upscale metal housing meets the IP65 standard and therefore guarantees a high level of robustness, ideal for industrial use. In addition, the DS 500 is network-compatible, which enables impressive remote data transmission via a web server.
With the integrated daily, weekly and monthly evaluations, including the calculation of costs in euros per cubic meter of air produced and energy consumption in kWh/m³, you benefit from a detailed analysis. The math-based functions offer you a reliable internal calculation as well as the option of calculating totals using analog signals.
The totalizer function for third-party sensors makes the DS 500 the perfect solution for generating total meter readings in cubic meters even with sensors that only transmit 4-20 mA signals.
